What are the shipping costs?

We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders within Australia.

lnternational
For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs or import duty fees are charged upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country and must be settled by the recipient.

The charges vary depending on the country, Bask Eyewear has no control over these fees. We're unable to predict what they may be, as they are determined by customs or import authorities in each destination country.

When can I expect my order?

Australia
Enjoy next day delivery for all orders with Australia's metro areas. Please note, rural areas may take 2-5 days for delivery.

International
For our international customers, shipping times may vary. We're happy to provide estimates upon request, please contact us for more information.

More often than not orders are dispatched within 1 working day. However, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing in the case we're sourcing stock from our suppliers or stores.

During busy times or unexpected delivery hiccups, shipping times may fluctuate, but rest assured, we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

How can I track my order?

After your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email from both Bask Eyewear and Australia Post, complete with a tracking link to monitor your shipment's journey on the Australia Post website

Where do you deliver to?

We proudly offer delivery across Australia and to nearly all international destinations. If you're in a remote international location, please reach out to us for confirmation.

Will I have to sign for my order?

For added security, a signature is required for all orders, and we recommend using a work address for delivery convenience.

In the event that you're not available to receive the parcel, an Attempted Delivery Advice card will be provided, outlining how and when you can collect your package from the nearest Australia Post outlet.

Why haven't I received my shipping confirmation email?

More often than not orders are dispatched within 1 working day. However, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing in the case we're sourcing stock from our suppliers or stores.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email by this time, we recommend checking your junk mail folder first. If you still can't locate the email, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we'll make every effort to accommodate any address changes.

What if I need my order ASAP?

Not a problem! Typically, we dispatch orders by the collection time on the following business day. If you have a specific deadline for your sunglasses, please reach out to our team via phone or email for a more precise estimated time of arrival.

My order has arrived damaged or defective. What are my options?

If you encounter any issues, please let us know right away, Once we receive the item back and confirm the defect from our end, we'll promptly arrange a replacement pair or refund you. Just make sure to send it back within 7 days.
