Bask Eyewear is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returned sunglasses for an exchange or refund, given the criteria is met.
Is my order eligible for a return?
For Australian orders, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. For international orders, returns after 60 days will not be accepted.
Goods must be returned unworn with packaging and tags attached. In the event an item had been worn or does not meet the return lodgement requirements, postage fees will apply.
Returns are not applicable on postage charges or sale items.
How do I return my order?
If you're not satisfied with your sunglasses, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days from purchase for a refund, excluding any postage charges. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your return.
Please follow the below steps to process your return:
- Email us with your order details and reason for return, our customer support team will send over a returns shipping label and copy of our returns form.
- Print the return form and return shipping label provided by our team. Complete the returns form and place it inside of your parcel. If you're unable to print, please write the return details as per the form on a neat sheet of paper, the Post Office can assist in printing your label for you.
- Please ensure all items are packed in protective packaging similar to how you received them, including the return form inside the parcel. The sunglasses must remain unworn with all tags and packaging returned.
- Securely attach the label to the parcel, ensuring tape does not cover any part of the barcode.
- Lodge your return parcel at your local Post Office.
For security purposes, we only refund using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email showing your refunded amount once your refund has been finalised. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear into your account.Free returns are valid within 30 days of purchase. Please note international orders are not eligible for free returns. All returns are shipped with standard shipping.

What are the return shipping charges?
Bask Eyewear will cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges and returns.
All international shipping costs are to be covered by the consumer.
Once your return has been received it will be processed by our warehouse, Bask Eyewear will gladly cover the cost of shipping your new item to you within Australia for your first exchange. If you proceed with multiple exchanges postage fees will apply. In the event of a price difference between the item you are returning and the item you are exchanging for, accounts will be in contact before processing your exchange. What do I do if my item is wrong, damaged or defective?
If for any reason your receive the wrong pair or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Once assessed, we will email a returns label to you. Please print and attach the label before taking the parcel to your local post office.

As soon as your return is received and processed by our team, we will send you an email to let you know.
