We want you to adore your new pair of Bask Eyewear and to have an enjoyable shopping experience. If your sunglasses aren’t quite what you expected, we’re more than happy to facilitate an exchange or refund, aligned with the returns criteria listed below.

Is my order eligible for a return?

For our Australian customers, kindly return your items within 30 days of delivery. International orders are required to be returned within 60 days.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, with packaging and tags intact. If an item has been worn or doesn't meet these conditions, postage fees may apply.

Please note that returns don't cover original postage charges or sale items.

How do I return my order?

If your sunglasses don't quite meet your expectations, you're welcome to return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund, excluding any postage charges. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 48 hours.

Please follow the below steps to process your return:

  • Email us with your order details and reason for return, and our customer support team will send over a returns shipping label and copy of our returns form.
  • Print the return form and return shipping label provided by our team. Complete the returns form and place it inside your parcel. If you're unable to print, please write the return details as per the form on a neat sheet of paper, the Post Office can assist in printing your label for you.
  • Please ensure all items are packed in protective packaging similar to how you received them, including the return form inside the parcel. The sunglasses must remain unworn with all tags and packaging returned.
  • Securely attach the label to the parcel, ensuring tape does not cover any part of the barcode.
  • Lodge your return parcel at your local Post Office.

For security purposes, we only refund using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email showing your refunded amount once your refund has been finalised. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear in your account. Free returns are valid within 30 days of purchase. Please note that international orders are not eligible for free returns. All returns are shipped with standard shipping. 

*Refunds are not applicable on postage charges or sale items. Goods must be returned unworn with packaging and tags attached. In the event an item has been worn or does not meet the return lodgement requirements, postage fees will apply.

What are the return shipping charges?

Bask Eyewear will cover the return shipping costs for exchanges and returns, ensuring you have a seamless experience. For our international customers, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive your return, our warehouse will promptly process it.

Enjoy complimentary shipping on your first exchange within Australia. However, for subsequent exchanges, postage fees will apply. If there's a price difference between the item you're returning and the one you're exchanging for, our accounts team will reach out to you before proceeding.

What do I do if my item is wrong, damaged or defective?

If you happen to receive the wrong pair or if your order arrives damaged or defective, please don't hesitate to reach out to us right away. Simply send an email with images to hello@baskeyewear.com.au.

Once we've assessed, we'll email you a returns label. Please print and attach the label before taking the parcel to your local post office.

Have you received my return?

Once your return is received and processed by our team, we'll promptly send you an email notification. If you've sent your return but haven't received any updates, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at hello@baskeyewear.com.au, and we will look into it for you.
