For Australian orders, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. For International orders, we would appreciate returns within 30 days (returns will not be accepted after 60 days).
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Free returns are valid within 30 days of purchase. Please note international orders are not eligible for free returns. All returns are shipped with standard shipping.
Please follow the below steps to process your return:
Once we have receive your return, it will be processed within 48 hours. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
*Refunds not applicable on postage charges or sale items. Goods must be returned unworn with packaging and tags attached. In the event an item has been worn or does not meet the return lodgement requirements, postage fees will apply.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you're not satisfied with your sunglasses, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days from purchase for a refund, excluding any postage charges. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your return. For security purposes, we only refund using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email showing your refunded amount once your refund has been finalised. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear into your account.
If you need to exchange or return your sunglasses, please return your purchase with the completed Exchange & Return Form within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund, or credit note.
Once your return has been received it will be processed by our warehouse, Bask Eyewear will gladly cover the cost of shipping your new item to you within Australia for your first exchange. If you proceed with multiple exchanges postage fees will apply. In the event of a price difference between the item you are returning and the item you are exchanging for, accounts will be in contact before processing your exchange. DO YOU PAY FOR MY RETURN SHIPPING?
Yes, we will gladly cover the cost of your return shipping for returns and exchanges.
If for any reason your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective or if we shipped you the incorrect item we ask that you send an email with images to firstname.lastname@example.org, once assessed, we will email a returns label, please print and attach the label before taking the parcel to your local post office.
Bask Eyewear will gladly cover the cost of shipping on exchanges for your new product via Aus Post within Australia. All international shipping costs are to be covered by the consumer.
