Baskeyewear.com.au reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

You must not collect or redistribute the information or images available on the Bask Eyewear website, either by data-mining or other methods.

We do our best to ensure that products on our website are represented as accurately as possible, however, there may be subtle colour variations between the actual product and the website.


Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Baskeyewear.com.au reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. 
Bask Eyewear may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Order Cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, baskeyewear.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, baskeyewear.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge the necessary fee should we need to return the package from a delivery service.


Baskeyewear.com.au uses Shopify Payments to provide the payment services for the Website. 

Baskeyewear.com.au also use Paypal to provide payment services for the Website.

1. We accept online payment via eWay using Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

2. The credit card holder must be either the billing or shipping recipient.

3. You must not pay, or attempt to pay for orders through any fraudulent or unlawful means.

4. International orders outside Australia (excluding New Zealand) must be processed via Paypal.


Delivery times provided by baskeyewear.com.au are estimates only. Baskeyewear.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damages relating to late deliveries.

Certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to ship via another method. Baskeyewear.com.au reserves the right to change your shipping method if need be.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Baskeyewear.com.au do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be as it is based on individual countries regulations and compliances. For further information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of an order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Baskeyewear.com.au will not pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges, baskeyewear.com.au will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result. We cannot mark international orders at a reduced price to avoid customs fees.

Refunds / Returns

If you change your mind about your order, you can choose to return the item for an exchange, credit or refund (refunds are not available with any sale item).

Baskeyewear.com.au will offer a refund, exchange or credit on the following conditions:

1.The item is returned within 30 days of purchase

2.The item has not been worn or damaged

3. The original tags are attached

Credits are valid for 6 months.

Baskeyewear.com.au recommend you post your items via traceable post (eg. Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post). Baskeyewear.com.au will not be responsible for lost parcels.

At Bask Eyewear, we offer a seamless shopping experience with our flexible returns policy. To maintain the security and integrity of our services, we actively monitor returns frequency and value. If we detect an unusually high frequency or value of returns, we reserve the right to take necessary actions, including restricting or cancelling future orders.

Please note that the above does not override any of your statutory rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Repairs and warranties

We take great pride in the quality of our product, which is why we offer a 365-day warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.

All claims are only valid with original proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear such as scratches, breaks or loss of screws and nose pieces.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for merchandise online.

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date issued.
