We send all Australian orders with Australia Post E-Parcel Express. You can track your order from dispatch right to your doorstep!

Orders received before 5pm Mon-Fri will in a majority of cases be posted the following business day, for orders placed after 5pm or on weekends please allow an extra day (payment must be received prior to shipping).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post for all international deliveries. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For more information on the Australia Post delivery network please see www.auspost.com.au . If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply.
We highly recommend International Express Post as this is the most reliable service and comes with full customer tracking. Whilst we offer the cheaper registered international shipping alternative the parcel times can vary, this option does not come with customer tracking. Should you choose international registered-post Bask Eyewear will not be held responsible for missing parcels.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, for international customers Pay Pal will calculate the exchange automatically or if you choose International Bank Deposit your Bank will be able to assist you with the exchange rate.
For shipping to remote International destinations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm if international shipping is available to your destination.
Custom's or import duty fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
These charges will vary from country to country and will depend on the weight and size of your parcel.
To avoid any surprise additional fees, please contact your local customs office for more information.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
We offer next day delivery for all Australian orders from dispatch to metro areas.
Please note: Rural areas could take 2-5 days.
More often than not orders are dispatched within 1 working day, however, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing in case we need to order stock in from our suppliers or stores.
Should there be any problems or delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via the contact email or phone number you have provided us.
WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
A signature is required for all orders and we recommend using a work address for delivery.
If you are not in attendance when the parcel is being delivered, you will receive an Attempted Delivery Advice card which details how and when the parcel can be collected from your nearest Australia Post outlet.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email from both Bask Eyewear and Australia Post containing a link to track your order on the Australia Post website, so you can track your orders progress right to your doorstep!
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Bask Eyewear and Australia Post to confirm your order is on its way!
The Australia Post email will contain a tracking number to track its progress on the Australia Post Express website, so you can track your order right to your doorstep.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you have received your dispatch email and still have not received your order, please use your tracking number and track your order at www.auspost.com.au
If you haven't received a dispatch email, best to contact us with your order number (eg. #180011) and we can look into this for you. In most cases, this is just a case of an incorrect contact email or our emails being marked as junk.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Providing your parcel hasn't already left the warehouse, we can most certainly change the delivery address for you.

I NEED MY ORDER ASAP?
Not a problem! In most cases we are able to have your order out the next day. If you need to ensure you get your order on time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can give you a better estimated time for dispatch on your order.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver to all locations Australia Wide and almost all International locations.
For remote International destinations, please contact us at email@example.com and we can confirm this for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Please let us know straight away and we will replace it or refund you as soon as we receive it back and verify from our end that it is defective. You will need to return it within 7 days.
